1).Can I buy the products? 
Yes, you can buy the products.  


2).Payment Terms ?
We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).We also accept uncrossed bearer cash cheques or A/c pay. 

3). Are the rented toys safe to play? 
All toys put up for rental are in good working condition. They will be checked for defects before and after each rental


4).What is Add A Friend Scheme?
You get a month's membership FREE for every member you suggest subscribes to Dadaji Toy library .  

5).How do you calculate the one (1) month rental period?
The one (1) month rental period commences on the day of delivery and ends 4 weeks (28 days) later. 
Although the typical rental period is for one month, we would be happy to accommodate special requests as well. Just drop us an email at dadajitoylibrary@gmail.com

6).Can I extend my rental period?
Of course you can! We will give you a call to remind you a four (4) days before your rental period ends. If you would like to rent the toys for a while longer, just let us know and we will follow up to email you to confirm the extension. All you have to do is reply to the email and make the payment via internet banking to confirm the extension. You will always have the first priority when it comes to rental extension of the toys.

7).What if the toy I want is rented out?
If the toy you want is rented out, you can email us to place you on the waiting list for the toy. At the same time, we will inform you when the toy would be returned.

8).Can I reserve the toy?
Yes, you can. However, do note that the priority for rental extension is given to the previous customer. Once the toy has been returned, we will inform you via email. Kindly allow us three (3) working days between rentals to complete the disinfecting of the toy.

9).What are these points all about? 
Dadaji toy library works on Redeemed Point System. Every product has been given certain number of points depending on their cost & delicacy.


10).What do you mean by -- points in a month?
If you have chosen (10 Points Plan), it means that your account will be credited by 10 points for every month. You will have to choose your products that make a total of 10 points every month before you place your order.   

11).How many products can I take every month? 
Depends on your plan you have selected. If you have selected plan for 10 Redeem  points, you can take number of products total points have to be 10points. It can be 10 products of 1 point each, 1 product of 10 points or the combination you decide.

Can I take forward my remaining points of the month to my next month?
Sorry, the points cannot be carried forward.
11B).
Do I have to use all my points credited to my account for the month?
Yes, you have to use all the points credited to your account for the month. If you fail to do so, the points are lapsed for the month.



11C).How long can I keep the products rented from the bought points?
You will need to return the toy 
in one (1) month rental period from the date of delivery. In case you fail to do so,rental period amount will be deducted from your deposit.(Membership renewals are to be paid within 1 month of the membership due date.)


12).What do you mean when a product carries 0 points?
When a product carries 0 points, we charge an extra rent & deposit for the product which can be rented on a weekly basis.


13).How much do I have to pay to become a member ? 
The membership fee will depend on the plan you choose.  A registration fee of Rs. 250/- (non-refundable, one time)for every NEW member.  Membership fees  Redeem points starts from as low as Rs. 166/-. We have different packages to choose for membership.Security deposit is charged on the plan you choose.

14).What if I am late in returning my products? 
You can keep the products without any late fees till your membership is valid. If your membership is expiring, you will have to return all the products and then either be on a break or discontinue.  

15).How should I suggest a product to Dadaji Toy Library?
Kindly email us on dadajitoylibrary@gmail.com OR write a note in the given box while placing your order.

16).What if the toy is stained/spoilt/damaged or has parts missing during the rental period?
To uphold the quality and condition of the toys we make available for rent, we would appreciate if hirers can ensure that the toys are returned clean and in original condition they were rented out.

(16A).
      Don't worry if the toy is totally spoilt/stained /damaged/defaced by marker drawings /lost or have parts missing such that the toy cannot function or is not rentable anymore. In such situations, we will simply treat these as purchased items and the actual price of the item will be borne by the hirer.
(16B).
      If the toy is slightly damaged/ has missing part(s) but do not affect the functioning of the toya fee of 1 month’s rental is chargeable to enable us to make a replacement of the damaged part(s).
(16C)
To uphold the quality and condition of the toys we make available for rent, all toys rented are strictly for INDOOR USE ONLY, unless otherwise stated. No footwear is allowed during the usage of the rented items. 

17).My grandchild/niece/nephew is coming to visit and I don't know what to rent!
We will be more than happy to help you out with advice on popular toys for specific age groups.

18). What is the procedure if I want to discontinue the library services? 
You may cancel your membership subscription to Dadaji Toy library at any time. You need to place a return order for all the toys in your stock and send us an email at dadajitoylibrary@gmail.com ,In case you fail to return the toys in 5 days after your plan expiry date, the rental for the membership subsequent months till you return will be charged. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS / POINTS OR UN PLAYED TOY(S).   

19).How do I get my Deposit back?
After we receive the returned products and the email, we shall check the products and the cheque will be couriered to you in 30 working days. If there are any unsettled accounts, it will be deducted from the deposit amount.  

20).Can I donate toys? 
Yes, you can donate good conditioned products to Dadaji Toy library. We shall give you membership in lieu of it.  

21).Can I subscribe for more than 3 years? 
Yes, you can subscribe for more than 3 years . Please contact us for further details.  

22).Can a group of people subscribe together? 
Yes, Please contact us for further details.

23).How are the toys sanitised?
As we are running a home-based business, the rented toys will be returned to us and our children will play with them too. As a parent, I am as particular about the cleanliness of the toys as any other parent.

All our toys are specially cleaned with a 100% bio-degradable and safe cleaner followed by steam sterilization. When the toys are returned, again so that we can “rest” the toy for a safe period after sanitising it, before renting it out again. This is our promise to our clients, as part of responsible and ethical business etiquette.
